Terms of service
When ordering a comission from Hanaemi Arts, the following terms of sevice applies. Custom agreements can be made. By paying a starting fee, the client agrees to the following terms.
The artworks are drawn digitally in
2480 x 3508 pixels at 300 ppi resolution
The artworks will be delivered digitally. If the buyer wishes to have physical copies, they are allowed to print these themselves.
Artworks follow Hanaemi art's style. If you are unsure what to expect, take a look at Hanaemi's previous works to get an understanding of what could be expected.
For each commission, the client will pay 50% upfront as a strating fee, and the rest upon completion. The precise amount of each piece will be estimated together with the client and presented before the customer agrees to confirm the order.
The artist reserves the right to post the artworks and the creation process on social media (eg. Instagram, Facebook & Twitch) to promote their art.
A commission is a personal piece. The artist does not have the right to sell these specific art pieces to any other client.
Should the client cancel the commission once it is in progress, the artist keeps the starting fee but no further payments need to be made.
The price includes two revisions per piece - once in the sketch phase, and once in the linework phase, if applicable. If the client wishes to have additional revisions made, these will be done for an additional fee depending on size. The client will recieve updates on the progress of the artworks.
If Hanaemi deems herself unable to fulfill the commission as agreed with the client, the artist reserves the right to cancel the commission. The client will then be refunded the starting fee for the piece.
